We operate a swipe card system, members can come and go as they please. Visitors need to contact us confirming their requirements and anticipated dates of visiting.
People must respect this is a working farm - no unauthorised access or entry into prohibited areas – this is for your own safety so if you’re in any doubt please ask us.
Membership
Full Membership - £245 per metre per annum
Includes security card, indoor storage, toilet/shower facilities, and all day car and trailer parking. Unlimited assisted
launch & recovery with wash off - Boats up to 8m don’t require their own trailer. Boats 8m and over will need a
dedicated trailer - we can source this for you if required (not included).
DIY Membership - £90 per metre per 6 months
Includes security card, unassisted slipway use (Max LOA 8m), storage, toilet/shower facilities, parking.
Slipway Membership - £200 - per annum
For unassisted use of the slip, daytime parking (1 car), toilet/shower facilities, swipe card.
Visitors
Visitors are welcome but will need to contact us to arrange access prior to the visit. We offer the option of daily storage for those who are visiting less than 21 days. You can use the facility and pay as you go, the daily storage rate for a trailer with a boat £5 (overnight), so you can come and go, leaving the boat here ready for when you launch which will be charged at £10 per day will be issued with either a swipe card or an entry code, valid for the required time – contact us for full details.

Electricity usage charge – Charged at cost (estimated at 8p per unit) Excludes VAT*
*VAT will be charged at 5% up to 33 units a day, 17.5% over 33 units per day. NB Where unit consumption is less than £30.00 per quarter the admin fee will reduce to £4.00 as a low usage rebate.
Hire of 16amp lead £5 per week (Refundable deposit of £120 is required)

All prices quoted exclude VAT at 17.5% unless otherwise stated. All boats using Blackness Marine will require adequate insurance; all boats using the Dart will be subject to Harbour Dues from Dart Harbour.
