Directions
We want to make it as easy as possible to get to us, so we have outlined the routes to take depending in how you are travelling, and where you are travelling from, below.
Directions by road
It is vital for those towing or larger deliveries not to trust a Sat Nav, this is rural Devon after all! To be sure, please follow directions as below, our neighbouring villages of Cornworthy and Dittisham get extremely narrow in places.
From Dartmouth
Follow road out of town going College Way past Sainsbury’s until you pass Norton Park on your right, take the right turn at Hemborough Post (Sportsman’s Arms), go immediately left adjacent to pub car park heading toward Tideford, there is a Blackness fingerpost here. Follow these lanes passing Gitcombe Holiday cottages on your left, at the triangle junction bear right again finger post to Blackness. Follow road to cross road and turn right again finger posted Blackness. Continue on this road ignore the left to Cornworthy and proceed along the top road and down the hill towards Cornworthy/Dittisham, pass Riverside / Whitestone Farm and we are the next left at the green metal gates.

Follow the tourist signs towards Woodlands Leisure Park and pass the park on your right and continue towards Dartmouth. take the right turn at Henborough Post (Sportsman’s Arms), go immediately left adjacent to pub car park heading toward Tideford, there is a Blackness fingerpost here. Follow road to cross road and turn right again finger posted Blackness. From Totnes (car only, no trailer)
Follow signs for Dartmouth/Kingsbridge taking you up the ‘bypass’. At the top of the hill you will see a left turn signed Tuckenhay/Cornworthy, follow this road until you reach another cross roads, turn right here proceed down Bow Hill to Tuckenhay. Go over the bridge and proceed through the village continue on this road passing a turning for Harbertonford. Proceed up the hill and taking the 3rd right turn. Follow this road passing turning for Cornworthy and proceed towards East Cornworthy/Dittisham, pass Riverside / Whitestone Farm and we are the next left with green metal fencing.

Gates are set to shut promptly, so be sure to allow enough time to recover and depart the site prior to the gate closing time which changes seasonally.
